Il Casale
Centre and cornerstone of the estate, il Casale is a 1400s country house, a three storeys elegantly refurbished building, holding the magical atmosphere of a truly authentic Tuscan experience.
Il Fienile
It’s hard to guess now, but this elegant brick building used to be the old barn of the farm. Located in a quiet corner of the estate, just a few steps away from Il Casale, The Barn now hosts some of the bedrooms and living areas, over two floors, all elegantly renovated with a distinctive Tuscan flair.
Il Ristoro
The beating heart of Podere, where you can taste this little corner of Tuscany through its wines, cheeses, veggies, cold cuts, bread, biscuits, liquors and much more.

Take a few steps towards the valley and you’ll find our organic vegetable and herbs garden, a welcoming and magical ecosystem inside the estate. Surrounded by delicious fragrances and enchanting colours, you can relax with a meditation session or join a wine tasting.
This sensory heaven is also where our chef comes for inspiration and raw materials to work his magic in the kitchen.

The medieval church, which dates back to 1296 and recently renovated, has been converted into a coworking and meeting space, featuring two big tables thans can accommodate up to 20 people, 10 power and USB plugs, projector and screen.
The Chapel is the ideal location to work remotely, organise meetings and workshops, arrange exhibitions and screenings.

Couldn’t have had a better experience at Podere San Giorgio. The rooms were fantastic, slept better than I have in months. The staff took such good care of us - I’m also a vegan and they catered so thoughtfully (and deliciously) for me. We loved the property and couldn’t be more grateful for how above and beyond they all went to ensure we had the best stay possible. Highly recommend!
