Podere San Giorgio estate is home to more than 500 specimen of olive trees, spread between the garden and the olive grove in the valley. The trees are from different qualities, all typically Tuscan like Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino.
Every autumn we gather for the olive picking, done, as tradition demands, without any machinery and brought to a local oil mill.
Thanks to the cold pressing technique, we obtain a premium quality extra virgin oil, completely organic due to the absence of chemicals during the entire process, from the tree to the bottle.
The result is a reduced, around 300 kg per year, but exquisite produce.
